Hi Again!

I’m back with another Dollar Tree Easter Craft. This time you’ll need nothing but a pair of scissors and a few Dollar Tree supplies.

High Five for E-zee!

I know you may be wondering, “Why another Easter thing?”  Easter is a month away, I know, I know. But in my little corner of the world, holiday supplies go fast at Dollar Tree so I wanted to give you a chance to get in there before it’s all gone.

As I said earlier, today’s Easter craft is super easy. Easy but cute.

These little place markers add a simple holiday touch to an Easter table without too much fuss.Dollar Tree Carrot Place Markers

So what do you need:Mini Clay Pots

Yep, it’s that simple.

Making these cute place holders is almost as easy as reading the materials list so brace yourself. Haha!

  1. Remove the “carrots” from the bag and enjoy the powder candy. Or don’t — you can always leave it for you guests.
  2. Use the scissors to cut the grass into 1/2 inch pieces and fill the clay pots.20180227_152015
  3. Place the carrot in the clay pot with the grass.
  4. Write guest names or food items on paper and place inside the carrot top.

Whew! Did you get all that!Dollar Tree Carrot Place Markers

Seriously, I know I over-simplified that but for reals, it’s so easy.

The paper may be inclined to fall out if there is too much movement so if you’re doing Easter buffet style and you’re using these to mark the food, add a little hot glue dot to hold it in place.

P.S. if you’re looking for less clean up on Easter Sunday, don’t forget that Dollar Tree carries plastic plates, chargers, cups, and utensils!!
